Shipping Policy

Wayz would love to deliver worldwide but for the moment we deliver in Europe, North America and some countries in Asia.


Portugal – free shipping. Order received in 24 hrs.

European Union – free shipping. Order received within 2-3 business days.

Rest of Europe (outside the EU) – 20€. Order received within 3-5 business days.

United States and Canada – 30€. Order received within 3-5 business days.

Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Macao and Hong Kong –

35€. Order received within 5-7 business days.


Returns & Exchanges

Wayz really want you to be satisfied with your product.

If by any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased online please contact Wayz at hello@wayzforlife.com, within 28 days after the arrival of your order.

All returns and exchanges must be unworn. If the product shows signs of being worn, Wayz has the right to not refund or exchange it.

After confirmation from the Wayz Team, you can send it over.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense (free returns in Portugal). Kindly ship your return/exchange package in the same condition it was delivered to you. Wayz is not responsible for lost returns. If you want to return using DPD/Chronopost please contact Wayz and we can provide the return and then deduct from the refund.

If you don’t have any return label you can ship your return to the Wayz warehouse: Rua Joaquim António de Aguiar nº72 – 4000-309 Porto – Portugal

Once a package is received, checked and approved, a credit will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 7 working days.

For exchanges, please contact Wayz at hello@wayzforlife.com and tell them which item(s) you want to exchange and the desired new model or size.

Wayz guarantees that all products we manufacture and sell at our online store are free from defects of workmanship. If by any reason you find a defect in your product Wayz will exchange it, free of additional shipping costs.
