Your order will be processed after receipt of payment on our bank account. Please note that the product will be shipped within 10 working days from the purchase.

Refund Policy

WAO’s policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, unfortunately WAO can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the order includes a gadget gift, the client must return it as well. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you do not return the gadget you will be charged with an amount of 50 €.

To return your item you must send an email to info@wearewao.com with the following information:
SUBJECT LINE: Return (add your Surname)
In the message you must put date, time and address for the item collection.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming the item collection by one of WAO’s couriers.

Remember to put the pre-printed label you have in your packaging. The return will then be insured against theft or loss.

Once your return is received and inspected, WAO will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. WAO will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit (shipping and collection costs excluded) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
