Shipping Policy

 

*FREE SHIPPING on purchases over €130 in SPAIN (Canarias & Islas Baleares not included).

For domestic (Spain) and international orders, please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

For DOMESTIC orders, you will receive your purchases in 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped.

For EUROPE orders you will receive it in 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped via DHL Express.

Price is set in Euros and does not include duty and tax fees for international orders, which are responsibility of the customer in its country of residence.

Shipping rates and polices are subject to change.

Shipping cost are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

CCrave nor allSisters are responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by the currier.

ALLSISTERS’ PRODUCT EXCHANGES

allSisters offer exchanges within 21 days from the delivery date. According to our company policies, all Exchanges & Returns must be clean with hygienic stickers, unwashed, stain free products with the hang tags in the original box, including the invoice. In case of questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at hello@allsisters.com, we will be happy to assist you.

– Send back the items you would like to exchange ensuring you include the exchange form (in the original box). The shipping cost to send back the package to our warehouse will be covered by the customer. (We won’t accept responsibility for any lost items).

– Once allSisters receive the package we’ll cover the shipping cost to send the new sizes to you using DHL Priority Service.

* Exchanges are allowed when using discount code up to 15% off

* Exchanges are not allowed for special promotions with more than a 20% discount.

* Exchanges are not allowed in Black Week.

You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The second change will be final.  Therefore, we ask you to check the garment correctly before ordering it, and if you need help in choosing a size, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at contact@allsisters.com. The process of changing a piece implies a process that hinders our main goal: to take care of the planet. Together we can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary extra shipping. Using more paper and re-using transport to send the new package takes us away from being as sustainable as we would like.

 

ALLSISTERS’ PRODUCTS RETURNS

– For returns; the shipping costs in order to send back the package to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.

– Once your return have been processed, a refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you originally used.

– Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. During holiday seasons expect up to 7 business days.

 

CONDITIONS

– allSisters doesn’t accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.

– If a customer requests a refund or exchange and the package is held in customs in its way to our offices, allSisters is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.

– You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
