“The future of luxury is sustainable, ethical, reclaimed, open, generous and kind”
Who is Elvis & Kresse?
Since 2005 Elvis & Kresse have been rescuing raw materials from landfill and transforming them through worldclass craftsmanship into ethically handcrafted sustainable luxury accessories and donating 50% of the profits to charity.
Elvis & Kresse are a multi-award winning sustainable luxury brand based in Kent, UK. They are a certified Social Enterprise, a founding UK B Corporation, and certified Real Living Wage Employer. Essentially they do three things; Rescue, Transform, Donate. They rescue material otherwise destined for landfill (such as their signature decommissioned fire-hose), they transform this through world class craftsmanship into beautiful luxury accessories, and they donate 50% of their profits to charities – the Fire Fighters Charity and Barefoot College.
Since 2005 they have rescued over 220 tonnes of material from landfill and donated over £170,000 to charity.
The brand operates on three pillars:
Since 2005 Elvis & Kresse have been on a rescue mission. Their first goal was to save London’s decommissioned fire-hose; this was just the beginning.
They create stunning life-style accessories by re-engineering seemingly useless wastes and combining them with traditional craftsmanship.
They love to share, it makes the world a better place. This is why 50% of profits from their fire-hose range are donated to The Fire Fighters Charity.
Their rescued materials really set them really apart. From fire hose to coffee and tea sacks – auction banners . You name it. Elvis & Kresse understands the art of transforming and repurposing this trash to luxury accessory treasures. In the form of honest, genuine, practical pieces; from the belt you leave on your favourite jeans to the bag you couldn’t leave home without.
